GUARANTEE:
We guarantee items to be as described in our listings; we describe items to the best of our knowledge and ability.
We will accept returns ONLY if an item is inadvertently described incorrectly by us – No Buyers Remorse claims will be accepted; this is an auction – please bid accordingly. All items are sold to the highest bidder, as is, with no other warranties; written, expressed and or implied having been made. If you place a bid on our auction items, it will be considered your acceptance of our terms and a binding contract.

SHIPPING:
Normal shipping costs, or Free Shipping, is noted in the listing for purchases within the US.  All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation via the US Post Office unless otherwise specified. We try to ship as soon as possible but our EBay department is not open every day so please allow up to 5 days for us to get to the post office.

PAYMENT:
PayPal. We also accept Credit Cards via PayPal. (PayPal buyers must be verified with confirmed address, as per PayPal’s policies, we can ship to the PayPal Buyers confirmed address ONLY… no alternate address … no exceptions).
4.
FEEDBACK:
BUYER POSTS FEEDBACK FIRST, so that we know your item has been received and transaction is complete. We then will leave feedback in return BECAUSE we do our best to keep everyone satisfied and maintain a 100% rating ourselves.
5.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SCORE:
Absolutely no bidding accepted if you have a negative feedback score, if you have a negative feedback score we will cancel your bid.
6.
COMMUNICATION:
Your contact with us should be no later than 3 days after the auction completion. If payment or lack of communication exceeds 10 days; we will proceed with EBay’s Non Paying Bidder Alert.
