clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.

Damaged item:
All of our products are sold as brand new. We will check the condition before package is shipped out. Damaged products are considered caused during transit. If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong item is shipped, we will provide a return shipping label. Please allow around 24-48 hours for processing on business days.
